I am a certified career counsellor with an M.Sc. in Psychology from Jain University and a B.E. in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University. I use psychometric assessments and one-to-one counselling to help you find the right career direction, in Bangalore and online across India.

I began my career as a Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard and later worked as a Search Engine Evaluator at Lionbridge Technologies. Working with data every day shaped my approach: I read assessment results carefully, explain the reasoning behind every recommendation, and base my advice on evidence, not guesswork.

Alongside my corporate career, I freelanced as a technical writer, quality analyst, soft skills trainer, tutor, and psychological counsellor. Teaching and training people of different ages taught me to explain complex ideas simply, which is how I walk students and parents through their assessment reports. I keep my knowledge current so my advice reflects todays careers and courses.

Certifications and skills: Certified Career Associate (CCA), Oracle Certified Associate, Certified Technical Writer, with skills in R, Python, and Data Analytics.

I am naturally curious about people: what motivates them, what holds them back, and what they are capable of. I listen with empathy, explain things clearly, and keep my guidance practical and to the point, so you leave every session knowing exactly what to do next.

Outside work, I am trained in Carnatic classical music, which taught me patience and close attention to detail. I bring both to every session.

I have always been deeply interested in education, not just as a career, but as a means of creating opportunities and changing lives. For many years, I have been associated with Help2Educate Foundation, supporting its efforts to make education more accessible to those who need it. A portion of the fees from my counselling services goes to the Foundation, so each counselling engagement helps create an educational opportunity for someone else.

Many of us grew up without anyone to show us the right path, and we still wonder how our lives might have turned out if someone had. I am here to give todays students and professionals the direction we never received. My goal is simple: let no one go through the career confusion, self-doubt, and missed opportunities that many of us had to navigate on our own.
