At Prerana Career Ventures & Counseling, we are committed to delivering high-quality career counselling and assessment services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking our services.
Clients may request to reschedule or cancel an appointment by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date and time, subject to availability.
Payments made for career counselling sessions, psychometric assessments, or other services are generally non-refundable once the service has been booked.
No refund will be provided once the assessment has been completed, the report has been generated, or the counselling session has been conducted.
Refunds, if approved due to exceptional circumstances, shall be at the sole discretion of Prerana Career Ventures & Counseling.
If a client fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund or complimentary rescheduling will be provided.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:
A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost, or
A full refund, if rescheduling is not possible.
