These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our career counselling services. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Prerana Career Ventures & Counseling provides career guidance, psychometric assessments, educational planning, career exploration, and counselling services for students, graduates, professionals, and parents. Our recommendations are intended to support informed decision-making and should not be considered a guarantee of admission, employment, or career success.
Our psychometric assessments are designed using scientifically validated tools to provide insights into personality, interests, motivational values, skills and abilities, and learning styles. The reports are advisory in nature and should be interpreted in conjunction with the counselling session.
Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information during assessments and counselling. The quality of our recommendations depends on the accuracy of the information provided.
All personal information, assessment results, and counselling discussions will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent, except where required by law.
All consultation fees, assessment charges, and service fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Prerana Career Ventures & Counseling.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' prior notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Career counselling helps clients make informed decisions based on their strengths, interests, values, and aspirations. However, admission to educational institutions, scholarships, employment opportunities, salaries, promotions, or career outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
All reports, recommendations, assessment materials, presentations, and counselling content remain the intellectual property of Prerana Career Ventures & Counseling and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Prerana Career Ventures & Counseling shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from decisions made by clients based on counselling recommendations. Final educational and career decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Client information is collected solely for the purpose of providing counselling services and maintaining service records. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Reviews, testimonials, or feedback will be used for promotional, marketing, and business purposes only with the prior consent of the reviewer. Upon receiving such consent, Prerana Career Ventures & Counseling may reproduce, publish, or display the review on its website, Google Business Profile, social media platforms, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing or communication materials. Reviews may be edited solely for grammar, spelling, formatting, or length without altering their original meaning. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by notifying us in writing, after which reasonable efforts will be made to discontinue future use of the review.
